    Lovely clean modern hotel and helpful staff at reception. Great location but your not in the heart of Venice. The Vaporetto ferry is only a few minutes walk away so it is convenient. No.2 ferry red line will take you into main Venice centre in 15-20minutes. We had 1 night prior to a cruise also very easy to get to on the people's mover and then 2 nights at the end of our trip to explore Venice. Hotel room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and great shower. Only annoying part was the cleaners kept knocking our room early in the morning of check out before the checkout time. The breakfast was ok, happy this was included as good way to start the morning before exploring. Would recommend this hotel for the price and nice peaceful location.
