We were there 2 days. One day we wanted to order and take the food to the room and they said we cannot take the plate to the room. After we talked to the manager he said that was bananas and that we could. The second day we had dinner on the restaurant, they were hurry us to finish our meal, and when I asked for a glass of tap water they told me the water was not safe as was venize water and is not for drink. Then I check on ChatGPT and it was totally safe, and just an excuse for me to pay for a drink. The hotel is perfect, location perfect, and check-in staff good, but restaurant people need some training.

The only issue was with the staff that didn't pay attention to a medication my wife had to take and told the that where freeze a container and didn't beyond having a fridge on the room that didn't work. End of story she lost a very expensive medication. They have to pay more attention to this
