    I booked a waterfront room which is indeed what I got, fantastic to see Piaza San Marco in the distance. The hotel is right by the ferry station which is super handy. The room was tiny but adequate and the staff was super friendly. The have a nice terrace on the first floor to sit outside and overlook the waterfront but there is no service so you have to buy the drinks downstairs and bring them up yourself.

    This hotel is in an awsome location just across the road by Water bus station. 24hr water bus available to reach Veniece at any time you wish. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and professional. Our room was under roof and had an awsome view of lagoon through window. In walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

    I spent 3 days in Italy and this hotel has my heart. Let’s start from the Receptionist “Nicola” she was so friendly.helpful and professional. Hotel has a good ambience and room was very detailed. Great recommendation if you’re looking for a hotel in Venice!
