Was only 5 min walk from bus station
The lift was not working and I had to lift heavy case to second floor

The location was really suitable. Just in front of a vaperetto stop also near the bus stop and train station. The lady in the reception was very helpful she answered all my questions. The room was really clean and they cleaned the room just one day after, the bathroom is large, AC worked properly. They serve a breakfast too. I really liked the place overall
Furnitures are not new and they should use coverlet instead of blanket. Also the room is not large but not too small either.

Close to train station, still walkable to main areas. Helpful staff.
Breakfast is very basic. Some croissants, bread, cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, cereal.
The bathroom fan runs for 5 more minutes after you turn off the switch. The toilet tank takes a very loud five minutes to fill. The head board of my bed was very loud and squeaky.
