    They humiliated my husband just for a cup of coffee those that works for Breakfast dept. Georgina and Alex are the best on the the front desk.

    This hotel is easy to get to and then into the center of the city (via the public boat system. You don't have to worry about hauling your suitcases through the small streets and over the bridges! If you're taking a cruise this hotel is a plus! The cruise line buses pick up point is right across the street! Perfect if you want to go to visit Venice early or after the cruise to catch your flight home. Breakfast is simple and note that you are paying for each person (for the stay...if you book 1 and have 2 of you'll have to pay additional just for the stay...and of course if they want breakfast too.)

    if you plan in carrying large, heavy luggage, this hotel is not for you as going to the hotel involves a lot of walking, no complimentary shuttle service offered. also, no kettle or complimentary water provided, only hot water which you need to fetch at the front desk. while the hotel is modern and the staff were trying to make up for the hotel’s lack of amenities, overall experience was average or maybe i just expected a lot.
