    hotel near taxi boat & got covered car park with charges.

    Paying extra money for storing the luggages in the facility until the 3pm. Like a dormitory

    if you plan in carrying large, heavy luggage, this hotel is not for you as going to the hotel involves a lot of walking, no complimentary shuttle service offered. also, no kettle or complimentary water provided, only hot water which you need to fetch at the front desk. while the hotel is modern and the staff were trying to make up for the hotel’s lack of amenities, overall experience was average or maybe i just expected a lot.
