Spacious single room

Very quiet area - good bus links to city centre (25 minutes) very good wifi

Bathroom clean and shower good - but no mirror, maybe a rug on the floor in bedroom would be good too

Nice and clean, got a free upgrade to a double bed. Free on street parking. Great value for money

Needs a bit of refurbishment. There was a funny smell.

My room was spacious and had a double bed. I slept very well. Overall the property was clean E. G. Room, bath, toilet and kitchen areas and shared areas tidy too. I was provided with a towel and was helped by the other guests and owner(?) when I had an issue with my door handle/lock! Good value for money. You get what you pay for. I got a little break away on my own, able to park directly outside the property, able to drive to where I wanted to in Nottingham and enjoyed the TV in peace!

The location is 'dodgy'! The front and back garden is really scruffy. I wanted to tidy it up myself but resisted! It seems like a shared house which is 'fun/interesting' when you haven't experienced that for a few decades! Some areas are worn and need a bit of TLC e. g. Sealent in the bathroom, touch ups around the house. Personal cupboards / items in the kitchen could be politly labeled so guests know what is communal and what is not. Smell of caxxxxx being smxxxxx outside AND inside was the worst!
