I would recommend this 10/10 times!

the photos of this property don't do it justice honestly. This was the cutest little apartment in a wonderful part of Paris! The host also left us a small bottle of sparkling wine which was super special as we were on our honeymoon. The whole place felt incredibly upscale! I want to live here. The little porch was cute! They could definitely do more with it (i.e. plants, colored cushions) but really cannot complain at all.

Gorgeous apartment in a lovely area.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and in a lovely part of Paris. The bed was so comfortable and everything was there for us, which was appreciated. The communication with the owner was excellent for any questions. The building was very secure and surrounded by lovely neighbours in the building.We would be very happy to stay there again, Merci!

There wasn't a lot of room for luggage/bag storage, which made it a little tricky for us but no other issues at all.

A perfect pied à terre for one person for a few days at a time. Great little neighbourhood, Pernety.

The instructions to check-in were very clear, no problems at all. Because it was a lock box, I could arrive late (9pm) which was convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, great pillows. There were towels and slippers! The bathroom was fantastic. There was soap and shampoo. The little outside part was very nice, a lovely and quiet spot to relax after a busy Parisian day. In the kitchen there were coffee pods and even a mini bottle of champagne!

There was no toaster, but this wasn't a big deal at ALL. The hallway outside of the apartment smelled of cigarettes sometimes, but this is no fault of the host. I couldn't figure out how to use the "rain" shower head; it wasn't clear and I didn't want to break anything. I didn't bother the host to ask as the detachable shower head did the job just fine.

Precio excesivo para lo que ofrece.

Habitación en la entrada del edificio, que tiene salida a un patio interior con poco atractivo. Mucho ruido de la puerta del edificio y de todos los vagones de metro que pasan justo por debajo de la habitación.

Al llegar a la hora del check-in la habitación estaba sin hacer y sucia, con restos de comida en la nevera. La anfitriona reembolsó 30 euros para compensar la espera de 3 horas hasta que hicieron una limpieza "de urgencia", reembolso bastante escaso para el trastorno que supuso después de un largo viaje y el desengaño que supuso al abrir la habitación. Me ofreció que pasara la primera noche en un hotel cercano, pero reservando y pagando yo los 300 euros que costaba una noche para luego reembolsármelo a la presentación de la factura ....

A localização em Montparnasse ajudou a balancear nossa frustração com a acomodação.

Começando pela entrada do prédio, onde vc é recepcionado por 6 lixeiras, o hall de entrada que mais parece ter saído de um filme de terror, além de exalar um odor terrível, o interior do apartamento, que apesar de limpo e com cheiro agradável, é pouco funcional, com objetos desnecessários como um lustre muito baixo que constantemente era atingido, uma lixeira gigante para o tamanho da acomodação, um aquecimento de água insuficiente para 2 pessoas tomarem banho em sequência, o terraço descrito no Booking.com que é um pequeno deck de madeira com um degrau para ser acessado, que num descuido pode provocar um acidente, além da sua vista para uma área cheia de limo. Agora o que mais nos chateou foi a total falta de empatia da anfitriã, que ao saber que havíamos chegado antes do horário do check-in, não se preocupou nem um pouco em tentar antecipar nossa entrada, uma que estávamos no meio da rua com toda nossa bagagem; o máximo que prometeu foi avisar quando estaria liberado o que também não foi cumprido; em contrapartida, fomos muito bem acolhidos por um funcionário do Hotel Best Western que fica próximo, e nos permitiu esperar na área de café do hotel, inclusive nos oferecendo água e café. Nesta viagem passamos por 7 acomodações e esta foi sem sombra de dúvidas a pior de todas.

Bel appartement petite terrasse appréciable bien situé super salle de bain bon lit très bonne communication propreté irréprochable

Tout était génial sauf le voisin. Je ne sais pas si ce monsieur était en vacances aussi mais nous sommes restés 3 nuits et les 3 nuits il nous a empêche de dormir , il rentrait bourré et se couchait à 6h du mat en faisant un barouf pas possible comme s'il était tout seul. Sinon, l'appartement était super !

Un endroit PARFAIT !

Un appartement situé dans un passage confidentiel qui lui confère un calme inégalable. L'accès est simple et bien sécurisé, l'appartement d'un modernisme et d'une propreté parfaite en plus d'être aménagé avec un goût très sûr. Il m'a manqué un ventilateur car étant situé au RDC, je n'ai pas osé dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes même si cela donne sur cour. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout !

Bagno bellissimo con tutto il necessario. Camera confortevole anche se di piccole dimensioni con l' angolo cottura più lo spazio esterno. Ottima la posizione!

Peccato che non ci sia stato un cambio asciugamani ogni giorno o ogni due giorni e la pulizia dell' appartamento almeno ogni due giorni.

Soggiorno ideale .

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento accogliente , facile accesso , silenzioso , ben equipaggiato, letto comodissimo. Bagno spazioso e con finestra , ben ristrutturato e con tutto il necessario. Il piccolo dehors ottimo per breakfast o fumatori. Comodissimo per metro’ e negozi , quartiere animato , oltre la vicina stazione di Montparnasse: tutto a pochi metri .

Logement super, calme bien équipé, petit plus pour la terrasse

La seule chose que je pourrai reprocher, c'est la luminosité. La fenêtre coté cuisine ne dispose pas de volet ou rideau du coup le matin ça m'a un peu dérangé

Ottimo posizionamento per mezzi , bel quartiere.

Check-in in autonomia, anche se in lingua solo francese, l’host potrebbe mandare anche le indicazioni in lingua inglese. Appartamento pulito e carino, manca un posto dove poter appoggiare valigie e vestiti , è presente un solo attaccapanni in bagno Abbiamo chiesto indicazioni per deposito bagagli vicino all’appartamento ma non c’è stata data una risposta, l’hotel li vicino non offre questo servizio, è possibile cercare li vicino il deposito bagagli tramite un app chiamata NannyBag. I vicini sono un poco rumorosi durante le ore notturne ma non dipende dall’Host. Per il resto la struttura è comoda per i mezzi di trasporto molto vicini e ben tenuta.

O apartamento é no térreo, novinho, lindo, perto de paradas de ônibus, metrô, supermercado, padarias e cafés. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro grande e lindo, chuveiro maravilhoso. . Tem até uma varandinha com 1 mesa e 2 cadeiras para ficar ao ar livre. Perfeito para casais.
