Paris studio Rue Roger #1 - all bills included - direct train from CDG airport

The location was perfect. We could go everywhere without transferring. The vacuum worked very well.

First, the door lock didn't work smoothly, and the aisle was too narrow so it gave me panic attacks. The kitchen was too small, and the bathroom smelled bad. The space was too narrow so I had to eat in front of the smelly bathroom. There is a restaurant in front of the apartment, so people smoke and make noise at night.

Acomodação muito limpa, bem equipada, localizada próxima a duas estações do metrô e em uma vizinhança muito agradável.

A posição da televisão e dificuldade para abrir a janela o que prejudicava a ventilação.

We stayed for 5 nights in Erik’s studio with my partner. Communication with him was excellent, and the deposit was refunded immediately on the same day we checked out. The apartment has everything needed for a stay for one or two people. The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay, and there’s heating for the winter and a fan for the summer. The studio has been recently renovated and everything is new. The location is great — we really liked the neighborhood. It’s well connected by metro and bus to other parts of the city and tourist attractions. It’s also within walking distance of Paris Montparnasse train station, which is very convenient for traveling to other cities in France. I highly recommend Erik’s apartment!

The pillows weren’t comfortable for me.
