Good location, cleanliness, products for cleaning, coffee, seasonings etc the owner was pleasant, helpful, left a guide for the stay, left a very handy power bank and was very courteous.
The bed was so extremely uncomfortable that it made it difficult to sleep consistently throughout the night. The slats under the mattress were constantly falling out of place, the mattress kept moving from the bed, pillows were too too soft. The room is above / adjacent to a restaurant so it got quite uncomfortable with the heat during the day.

Ordinata, pulita e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare in tranquillità. Posizione ottima, centrale, con tanti negozi alimentari (Lidl, Monprix) e bistrot dove poter cenare.
Solo la scala di accesso al palazzo, andrebbe tenuta meglio.

Opposite Gare Montparnasse, it cannot get closer, so convenient to go to work outside Paris every day while still living in the city

It could be a little larger, but then this is Paris! Perfect for 1 person, probably of for 2 for a short stay

Location was great. I explored by walking but also the studio is close to metros. It is a nice studio that I stayed in for 3-weeks and I would definitely return. Tree lined boulevards & lovely parks - I walked to the Luxembourg Gardens on a few occasions. Reasonably quiet environment in a block of appartments that had the comings and goings of everyday life. The studio suited my needs. I quite loved it.
All was good. I spoke with Eric about one minor issue regarding pillows that he immediately addressed. Therefore I was happy for the duration of my stay. I recommend this studio in Paris. In fact, I felt at home and I was happy there.
