Sehr angenehmes Stadtviertel, sehr ruhig tagsüber und nachts, gepflegtes Haus; mehrere Metrolinien in der Nähe. Alles Nötige ist im Appartement vorhanden, wenn auch auf sehr engem Raum. Das Bett ist eine bequeme Matratze auf dem Boden, das ist auf jeden Fall besser als eine Schlafcouch zum Ausklappen.

Man muss über den Hausflur gehen, um ins Bad zu kommen. Man muss auch das Geschirr dort abspülen, und es ist sehr eng. Wenn man duscht, wird der Boden vor dem WC nass, weil die Dusche nicht separat ist (ein Wasserschieber wäre gut oder wenigstens ein Wischlappen zum Trocknen). Leider riecht es im Zimmer nach altem Zigarettenrauch, wie zuvor schon andere Gäste geschrieben haben. Geht auch durch Lüften nicht weg.

Perfect location, we had everything we needed. Host was very polite and informative.

Emplacement proche métro, restaurant, boutiques. Petit mais fonctionnel. Hôte agréable et disponible. 6e étage sans ascenseur comme annoncé, idéal pour faire de l'exercice. Salle de bains sur le palier petite mais bien équipée. Appartement calme.

Room itself was nice and cozy, had some cool facilities for its size as well (ex mini fridge, induction) although I didn't use them. I think it would be a bit small for 2 people, but for one person it is a fine room. The host was helpful and responsive.

External facilities could have been better. The room is on the 6th floor without an elevator, but the more surprising thing was that the light does not turn on in the staircase and the hallways, so it was scary when going up and down especially at night. The bathroom is outside the room in the hallway, and it is small and cramped, it does not have a proper shower space.
