Welcome to our modern studio in Paris Montparnasse!
This 20m² apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and comprises:
- a separate bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer
- a semi-open kitchen with a large worktop
- a living area that also serves as a sleeping area with a bed Queen-size (160cm x 200cm) very comfortable.
The last renovation was in April 2024.
The décor is contemporary or modern with aluminium ceiling lighting in the kitchen and living room. The floor is tiled in the kitchen and parquet flooring in the sleeping area.
Here are the main equipments:
- Flat screen TV 32" TV on the wall mount (rotates and swivels) with international channels
- Wi-Fi / fiber optic Internet access
- Washer/dryer
- Ceramic hobs
- Microwave
- Vacuum cleaner

The apartment is located in the rue du Maine, a street famous for its theaters and near the rue de la Gaité with its life lively nightlife (bars and restaurants, such as "Le tournesol").
There is also a small park to enjoy the peace and quiet in the afternoon.
Access is very convenient: The apartment is located between three metro stops: Montparnasse, Gaîté and Edgar Quinet. There are 5 metro lines within a 2-minute walk. If you arrive by car, the Porte d'Orléans is your exit. There is paid parking 100 meters away.
There are two main grocery stores around the corner, which is convenient if you need to go shopping.
