Eine sehr gute verkehrsgünstige Lage, um mit der nahegelegenen Metro/Busstation alles einfach zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Hakim war besonders hilfsbereit, freundlich und stand bei allen Fragen direkt "zur Verfügung". In dem Appartement war alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.
Abgesehen vom Tisch im Essbereich, auf dem die Brotkrümel der Vorbewohner zu finden waren, ist die Wohnung recht sauber. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WC und Waschbecken waren absolut ok.

Proprietarul foarte drăguț si serviabil.
Locația este excelenta, un cartier foarte bun, aproape de stația de metrou, multe restaurante in zona, patiserii, Carrefour.
Ne a ajutat foarte mult locul de parcare.
Nu am nimic de spus negativ.

Spokojna i ładna dzielnica, blisko metra i autobusów, na piechotę pod wieżę Eiffla tak jak i do Luwru 50 minut. W pobliżu restauracje, piekarnie (atelier Gabriela - super ciastka) i kawiarnie oraz sklepy (polecam Franprix). Dla uzależnionych polska telewizja. Pan Hakim bardzo miły i pomocny.
Pierwszy raz byliśmy w Paryżu i może to jest standard ale mogło by być czyściej. Czuliśmy się tak jakby ktoś dopiero co wyszedł z mieszkania. W lodówce były napoczęte pozostałości po poprzednikach tak jak i w kuchni na blatach. Nieświeże szmatki leżące na zbiorniku wodnym. Brak szafy (były tylko wieszaki w sypialni za drzwiami ale bardzo nisko). Pajeczyny. W salonie łóżka się nie rozkładają i mój syn 180cm miał problem ze spaniem. Sam lokal super ale potrzebne gruntowne sprzatanie. Garaż (super) ale dla szczupłych i nie dla Suv-a, parkowanie na milimetry aby wysiąść.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire procurent un sentiment de sécurité.
La possibilité d'utiliser le garage souterrain.
Le calme autour, les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent sur la cour intérieure toute tranquille.
La proximité des commerces, bars et restaurants. Quartier propre et propice aux promenades.
On voit l'ajout progressif d'équipements. L'ensemble manque un peu de modernité.
Les stores métalliques du salon nécessitent une révision.
La distance du métro (environ 500 mètres) peut être gênante pour les touristes un peu plus âgés ou ceux qui voyagent avec de jeunes enfants, surtout par temps de grandes chaleurs (nous, c' était +35 °C).
