Calme absolu ce qui est appréciable à Paris. Aucun bruit ni de la rue ni des voisins. Un havre de paix. Appartement en rez de chaussée donc pas d’ascenseur à attendre et pas d’escalier à monter. 3 portes sécurisées pour atteindre l’appartement. Boulangerie et carrefour city à moins de 3 minutes à pieds. Métro Plaisance à 10 mn à pieds. Le lit de la chambre est King size avec un excellent matelas tout neuf.
Le canapé du salon n’est pas totalement adapté au couchage.

Eine sehr gute verkehrsgünstige Lage, um mit der nahegelegenen Metro/Busstation alles einfach zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Hakim war besonders hilfsbereit, freundlich und stand bei allen Fragen direkt "zur Verfügung". In dem Appartement war alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.
Abgesehen vom Tisch im Essbereich, auf dem die Brotkrümel der Vorbewohner zu finden waren, ist die Wohnung recht sauber. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WC und Waschbecken waren absolut ok.
