Great apartment for a small group or couple! Very clean and comfortable, has all the essentials for a short trip. The host was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome right away and answered all our questions about Paris! A little far from the centre of Paris but well connected with tram and metro lines that made getting around very easy, and lots of bakeries and supermarkets nearby for everything we needed.
The staircase is very steep. This wasn't a big problem for us but it could be difficult for people with reduced mobility as the only toilet is upstairs.

It was a pleasant stay, nice appartment for 4 people, safe neighborhood and close to metro/bus/tram. Excellent communication with the owner. Good value for the money.
