A nice convenient place to stay for a couple of days.

The proximity to public transportation was great. There was lots of room in the apartment and while we didn't fix any meals there the kitchen seemed stocked.

The dryer went out the day before we got there but we didn't know that until we had already washed a load of clothes. The train next door could be a bit noisy but we got used to it.

Good location. Some cleaning problems

The location was very good. Right next to Gentilly metro station. The place offers a lot of utilities like oven, dishes, fridge.

The towels were very smelly. There were some parts of the place which were full of dust, but overall looked clean. Just to be aware, they don't provide a hairdryer.

comfortable and close to transport, but needs a good clean and some TLC

Spacious rooms, lovely kitchen, beds were comfortable, heaters kept the place warm (we travelled in November), the property felt secure, lots of food and shops nearby, close to public transport, property manager was helpful and friendly.

There was a smell that lingered the whole time, the couch smelt slightly of urine, the floor was sticky and there was no mop to clean it with. overall the place needed some TLC, the bathroom door was hard to open and close (especially for the kids), there was stale bread in the pantry from 2 years ago, no rubbish bags, the stair rail was wobbly (I don't recommend very young children stay here as the stairs were steep).

Large but not clean enough. Roof leaked.

The apartment was quite large, located very close to train, on the ground floor but without windows facing neighbours. Has a little courtyard to get some sun.

The sheets were not changed, the carpets are not washed and it felt icky to walk on them because you can feel crumbs in them. The floors also were not cleaned very well, a bit sticky. The bathroom didn't have a foot rug which made the while bathroon wet, slippery and dangerous. We ended up putting a towel on the floor but then wondered if other people also did that and we are used those towels. It was not a good but I asked for changes but we were staying there very short and the person incharge is not available on site. Unacceptable thing was that the roof leaked when it rained! Water in the living room and some water on the electric stove and then we were afraid to use it. Thank god there was no leaking directly on the top of any of the beds, otherwise I would have been furious. There are no doors which is fine but something to know. For so many problems, the cost is absolutely unreasonable. The owners should take responsibility and make the repairs. It is not that hard to fix these issues.

Good value for money. Great proximity to train directly to Paris.

The property was large and a great size for our family of 4. The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with in English. It was self contained and we very much appreciated the washing machine and clothes airer. It is very close to the train station which is very handy for travel to Paris, Disneyland and other areas. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, takeout, convenience stores and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

Up to expectation and comfortable

The location was very good. It was next to Gentilly RER station. just make sure u get out from the exit with lift. The place was huge with almost everything available including netflix. Host is very responsive and help us with all our queries/issues.

Exceptional

Excellent location. Made my self planned trip so much easier to handle. The poc Mr Sultan was very cordial and welcoming. Everything works well and is as per advertised. Highly recommend!

Very good

Good facilities, clean. When we didn't have enough towels, the host brought us more right away. The AC was very welcome, as it was very hot when we were there, especially in the upstairs bedroom. Took us a little while to work out how to work the AC with the remote we were given; I think eventually when we pressed "mode" we got it to switch on. The location is right next to a train station, but it is just in zone 2 of Paris, so you cannot travel from or to there with the regular t+ tickets, you need a slightly more expensive one. Alternatively you can walk to the Cité Universitaire metro station to the north-west quite easily, or to the tram or bus stops to the north-east.

One of the beds was not available; it was ordered, but it got there a bit too late for us. The sink upstairs was not connected, nor were some of the lights, although there were always enough options to get by. Some minor things missing, like tea towels and a cheese grater.

Melhor do que eu esperava. Cozinha equipada, sala aconchegante, os quartos em cima com camas de casal, com excelente localização bem ao lado do metro, com cafés, restaurantes e mercados por perto. Eu e minha família amamos! ❤️

Il faut un vrai suivi de la part de booking. Très sale.

Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli était agréable. Malheureusement gros problème de propreté. Ce n’est pas normal d’accueillir en laissant un lieu aussi sale.

Le logement était très sale, dans un état qui ne permet absolument pas d’accueillir des voyageurs. C’est inadmissible et profondément choquant. D’autant plus que nous n’avions même pas la possibilité de faire un minimum de ménage : aucun balai, aucun aspirateur. Seul un balai-lingette était présent, avec une lingette tellement noire qu’il était impossible de l’utiliser.

Todo sucio y en mal estado

Todo el apartamento estaba sin limpiar, cuando llegamos habían limpiado el suelo solamente. La cubertería sucia y llena de grasa y restos de comida. Había ropa en la lavadora que no era nuestra. Todo lleno de polvo y de mala calidad. El anfitrión nos despertó a la 1 de la madrugada porque tuvo que entrar a encender unos plomos de la luz. No fue una buena experiencia y nos sentimos incómodos.

Péssimo alojamento!

Boa localização

A experiência neste alojamento foi extremamente desagradável. Quando cheguei, percebi que o espaço não tinha sido limpo após a saída do hóspede anterior — os lençóis da cama eram claramente usados, cheiravam a tabaco e estavam sujos, além disso havia lençóis também sujos embrulhados dentro do armário. O chão estava cheio de lixo e poeira, o que mostra que não é varrido há muito tempo. Estava também bastante gorduroso, claramente não era lavado. O hall de entrada já dava má impressão, com um aspeto sujo e descuidado. O anúncio não menciona que não há separação entre os quartos, o que foi uma surpresa. A casa de banho possuía uma máquina de lavar roupa e outra de secar, as duas bastante sujas. Nota-se que o alojamento nunca teve um limpeza a fundo, tudo tinha mau aspecto. Definitivamente, não recomendo este alojamento. A falta de higiene torna a estadia horrível.

Logement bien placé au porte de Gentilly. A côté de la gare et proche d un arrêt de bus. Nous avions passé un bon séjour.

Vicino alla Rer B comodissimo per gli spostamenti.

Igienicamente pessima. Cassetti delle posate e delle pentole sporche, posate non lavate. Assenza di 1 cuscino ( eravamo in 4) e di lenzuola. Negli armadietti a disposizione c'era di tutto, medicine, lenzuola e strofinacci appallottolati, sporcizia, mia moglie nel suo cuscino ha trovato gocce di sangue, lenzuola a disposizione piccola x letto singolo e già utilizzato dal precedente ospite. La doccia dentro la vasca senza doccione e comunque rotta. Ragazzi veramente uno schifo. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare in questa struttura. O tante altre cose da scrivere ma è meglio che mi fermo qui. L'appartamento è molto carino e sicuramente con un po' di investimento sarebbe veramente il top.

Da chiudere..... Igienicamente pericoloso al mio rientro cercherò di inviare un video

Tutto, tanto che abbiamo abbandonato subito l'alloggio, sporco tanto da non poter camminare per il pavimento appiccicoso(tutto), lenzuola e federe già usate e non lavate, si sentiva dal cattivo odore che c'era anche in tutto l'alloggio. Inoltre non erano 2 camere come prenotato ma un soppalco con 2 letti separati da un muretto di un metro. Senza scaricare le valigie abbiamo richiamato il proprietario dicendo che non era igienicamente salutare stare lì e che saremmo andati via visto che non aveva altre soluzioni da offrire ma il tizio non sembrava sorpreso ... Probabilmente questo era già successo. Alla richiesta di almeno un parziale rimborso ci ha detto di rivolgersi a booking

Quattro giorni da incubo...a mai più

L'unica cosa che si salvava è la stazione ferroviaria a due passi dalla struttura...e qualche attività di ristoro in zona.

Prima dell'arrivo in struttura è stato impossibile contattare l'host, sia telefonicamente che via email, nessuna risposta, all'arrivo in struttura troviamo un signore che ci consegna velocemente le chiavi, troviamo le tovaglie da bagno maleodoranti e zuppe di acqua appoggiate su un calorifero a farle asciugare, le lenzuola sporche con visibili numerose macchie, a terra non spazzato, con visibili animaletti, pentole unte con ancora grasso di cottura, mai lavate, si raggiungono i letti nel sottotetto, angusto senza riscaldamento attraverso una ripida e pericolosa scala, dentro alcuni sportelli ammasso di biancheria sporca appallottolata, nonostante diverse chiamate al numero telefonico dell'host per fare presente quelle misere condizioni igieniche e messaggi su loro whatsapp...nonostante le spunte blu di lettura, non rispondono . Ci siamo dovuti coricare vestiti, per il freddo e le lenzuola sporche, il giorno dopo abbiamo comprato dei teli per poterci asciugare nel dopo doccia, tutto questo scritto è documentabile con foto. Ci vorrebbe una visita da parte dell'ufficio igiene, per metterli in riga e dare a chi paga profumatamente il soggiorno, una giusta accoglienza. Inoltre nell'annuncio citano una lavatrice ed una asciugatrice(non funzionano)..manca un asciugacapelli, manca la paletta per raccogliere le briciole da terra, macchinetta del caffe sudicia e non funzionante Si sconsiglia vivamente di andare in questa struttura da incubo. Aggiungo foto del messaggio in Francese inviato all'host per il disagio, letto e mai intervenuto.

un hebergement idéal pour un séjour serein en famille, tout simplement parfait

Un excellent séjour dans un logement vraiment idéal ! L'appartement est spacieux, très calme et particulièrement agréable à vivre. Tout est pensé pour le confort, et l’environnement est parfait pour se reposer. Le propriétaire est présent et disponible, ce qui est vraiment rassurant. L’emplacement est un vrai plus : à deux pas du RER, avec une supérette, une boulangerie et même des arrêts de bus juste en face de l’immeuble. Tout est à portée de main, ce qui facilite grandement le quotidien, surtout quand on voyage avec un enfant. J’étais seule avec mon fils, et nous avons passé un séjour au top. Je recommande vivement ce logement, notamment pour les familles. Encore mille mercis pour tout !

Bon plan pour un séjour court et efficace.

L'appartement est au pied de la station de RER Gentilly, et d'un arrêt du bus n°125, ce qui est un gros plus lorsque qu'on veut accéder à Paris (nous allions au Parc Expo Porte de Versailles, et en étions à 25-30 mins; 20mn du Luxembourg et Panthéon en RER sans changement; 15min de Porte d'Orléans en bus direct). Il est mitoyen de nuisance possible (fastfood / friture, et bruits de la rue et des trains), mais ces nuisances sont dans l'ensemble très bien contenues par l'isolation de l'appartement. Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement dans le quartier, et on est en ZONE VERTE (taux horaire "amical"). Le quartier compte beaucoup de fastfoods et petits restaurants, une alimentation de quartier, et un Franprix à 3mins à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, l'espace cuisine est vaste et moderne, le vaste salon / grand écran / Netflix est un plus. La remise des clés a été très facile - on a senti une réactivité bienveillante des hôtes.

Les nuisances mentionnées plus haut ne conviendront pas à tout le monde, notamment la relative obscurité de l'appartement lorsqu'on souhaite se "protéger". Mais, aussi près du périphérique, on ne peut pas tout avoir :). Certaines parties de l'appartement pourraient être plus propres et moins sujettes à l'humidité (traces aux plafonds), et les chauffages semblaient HS (excepté le chauffe-serviettes de la SDB).

La limpieza fatal, hasta cucarachas en la habitación y cocina, los utensilios de cocina sucios, el lavavajillas lleno de suciedad y mal olor, la nevera ni se diga, El chek in estaba previsto de 17 a 18 horas, y cuando llegamos aún estaba supuestamente en "limpieza" nos tocó esperar una hora y para colmo estaba lloviendo. Estuve tentado a llamar a la oficina de de sanidad por el tema de las cucarachas, otra cosa no hubo papel higiénico, la tapa del inodoro en mal estado los techos en unos sitios parecen que se fueran a caer de tanta humedad que tienen. Las luces no funcionan en el comedor y parte del baño sin iluminación.
