Welcome to our Daguerre studio in Paris Montparnasse 14th district!
This 20m² apartment is located on the first floor and includes:
- a separate bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer
- an open kitchen with a large working area
- a living space which also serves as a sleeping area with a very comfortable Queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm).
This flat underwent full renovation until 10.7.25 including:
-new paint throughout
-new double-bed
-new bathroom with walk-in shower, new mirror, new sink
-new worktop extension fitted
-new washing machine fitted
-ultra-fast internet and TV fitted
Here are the main pieces of brand new equipment:
- 32" flat screen TV with international channels
- Wifi / fiber optic high speed Internet access
- Washing machine (Siemens)
- Glass ceramic hob
- Microwave
- Vacuum cleaner
- Fan for the warmer days
All equipment is new and has not been used at time of writing.
The apartment is located in the middle of rue Daguerre, 5 minutes walk from Denfert Rochereau RER B train station (airport)
Rue Daguerre hardly gets any car traffic and is lively with its restaurants and shops.PGJyPg

- Metro Gaité – 7 minutes
- Montparnasse station – 11 minutes
- The Catacombs – 8 minutes
