Shower was a bit small so if you are a bigger person it would definitely be a tight fit.

A well-equipped and attractive apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. It was in a quiet area close to some great restaurants and not far from the Montparnasse train station. The host was friendly and accommodating.

Owner charges hidden fees - do not recommend

We arrived at the time communicated to the host (23h). Upon arriving, we were forced to pay a fee of 45€ for arriving at a late hour!? We did not even get a receipt. We feel robbed - recommend to stay far away from this place.

A recommended and cozy apartment to stay in Paris 14ème.

The check in and out was simple and flexible, The cleanness, The apartment location is calm and is 8 minutes walking to métro 4 and to métro 13, plus many bus lines. The espresso coffee machine and the large bed. The glass table that can be used when working on the laptop.. The heating was enough for the cold temperature during my stay. The owner responsiveness even with timezone difference.

Chauffage ne fonctionnant pas, 1 ère nuit passée à 8 degrés). Hôte basée à la Guadeloupe ne pouvant rien faire pour nous, en nous expliquant qu’elle n’était pas sur place et qu’elle était agacée de nos demandes d’aide pourtant légitime vu la température de l’appartement en janvier. Chaussettes sales sous le lit, vaisselle sale à relaver entièrement avant utilisation, linge de lit avec des taches, serrure d’entrée qui se bloquait nécessitant plusieurs essais avec la clé avant de pouvoir ouvrir la porte, vieil emballage plastique trainant au sol, moutons de poussière derrière la porte, culotte oubliée sur une étagère

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et situé près de toutes commodités (métro, supérette, laverie, cinéma, etc.).

Moyennement satisfait de notre séjour.

L'appartement était plutot bien placé dans le 14eme arrondissement avec des commerces , restaurants et stations de métro à proximité. La proprietaire nous avait recommandé un restaurant qui nous a bien plu à notre arrivée.

Nous n'avions pas été prévenus par la propriétaire qu'il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble : plusieurs appartements étaient en cours de rénovation et nous avons du supporter des bruits de perçeuses (et autres bruits divers) en semaine . Heureusement , les ouvriers ne travaillaient pas le WE . La salle de bain est vètuste et aurait besoin d'etre renovée : la cabine de douche est tres petite et l'accès au WC derriere la porte n'est pas pratique. Il manque une porte à L'armoire de toilette . La peinture de la porte et des murs n'est pas nette

Agréable, beau quartier, mais petit.

Ce qui nous a plus est la localisation de l’appartement, à 50 minutes à pieds des principales attractions de paris. L’hôtel fut très active et répondait rapidement à nos demande. Ce qui nous a moins plus fut la grandeur de la douche et de la cuisinette. Elles sont très petite.

Llegada dificil, estancia acogedora

El departamento estaba bien equipado, tenia todas las comodidades y era cómodo. Cerca del departamento hay restaurantes, bares, panadería, minimarket y lavandería. También estaba cercano a dos estaciones distintas de metro.

La recepción no fue coordinada. La persona que se supone que me tenia que indicar como hacer el check-in no lo hizo aun cuando días antes yo le había avisado mi llegada. Cuando me contacte con la dueña, me respondió de manera enojada que tenia que haberme coordinado con tiempo cuando si lo hizo, cosa que se lo comente y cambio su actitud.

החימום המרכזי קצת חלש, חסרות שמיכות חמות לחורף, חסר סיר בישול קטן ומחבת קטנה לחביתה.
