2 pers., in 30s, no kids, travelling light, from Czech republic, 11/2025 For those who don't want to read all the review - the owner is responding, all the communication was superb. No major problems, only few minor things. The appartment is nice, located approx. 35 minutes by Metro from Eiffel tower and virtually anything else. 5min walking distance will tend to your all basic needs. Be careful if you are on the older/not mobile side, you will suffer on the stairs. More details for everyone else: Appartment - a lot of space in this price range. 1 bedroom with large bed and a wardrobe, living room with small fridge, sofa, table and a tv, 1 small kitchen with sink and a microwave, bathroom with toilet. Clean, enough space for two, basic kitchen utilities (no stove, thus no pans and that kind of stuff). Area - 5 min to metro, 20-25 to train, patisseries, groceries, few restaurants, wine shop, post office - 5 minute walk. Very nice. 30 minutes by metro to almost every place you might want to see. 1h15m to airport CDG by train + walk. The appartment has this walls (as every Parisian building :D), but it is still pretty quiet. Price - very affordable pricing and it delivers more than you expected. Communication - one of the best we had. Fast responses, no problems with codes to building and keys to appartment. 10/10

Appartment It can be loud. Especially for those not used to living with flats around you - still reasonably quiet during evenings. If you want to have a party there - bad news for you, it would be rude for everyone around and you will have a problem soon. Heating has to be manually switched on and off and set if you have a need for it. I have no idea if the appartment is hot in summer or not. Bathroom has a leaking shower stall, it is quite annoying (should be solved by the owner soon). The stairs! Deal with it. You don't have to like them, you have to walk them. Kinda steep and narrow and a lot. Area Mo-Fr, 7:30-8:10 kids are waiting for the school to open and they are naturally loud. Not a problem for me, some people might find it annoying. One of the streets around is kinda smelly - lots of garbage containers (they are emptied on regular basis, but filled fast). You don't have to walk trough it. The bed could be a little more comfy - depends on personal preference.

Clean and comfortable appartment

The apartment is really well located, three minutes away from the metro station, and also walking distance from some touristic spots if you enjoy a nice walk. It was extremely clean and the linens and towels smelled like they had been drying in the sun, as a Mediterranean person I really appreciated that! Max was really nice and responded quickly to my messages. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and I will definitely come back again when in Paris. There's only one thing I'd like to note down for others: I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s, luckily she is still doing well, but the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift and by the end of the trip she was getting a bit tired of climbing up the stairs. If you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this might be something to think about.

L’appartamento di max è molto accogliente e Cousy!rimane in una ottima posizione con molti negozi e bar e ristoranti e la metro molto vicina. Mac tutte le volte che avevamo bisogno ci ha sempre aiutati!

Pas d ascenseur ,pas de télévision, coin cuisine , sans évacuation ,faut traverser la chambre pour avoir de l eau et nettoyer les bols , pas commode en couple ,
