Easy access, nice value room, everything we needed, nice pool and lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly guests and staff.

Room was abit hot in the summer.

La piscine était top, surtout située au 29e étage d’un building qui surplombe la Tour Eiffel Sacré-Cœur et tous les autres monuments de Paris. Franchement très agréable. En plus il y avait la terrasse où on pouvait se bronzer qui était propre et il y avait pas beaucoup de monde c’était trop bien.

Pas de télévision

The pool and the solarium were old but well appreciated on the warm summer days we stayed here. The location is ok because you can easily use public transport and rental bikes to get around.

The house is very old, worn, badly maintained and badly cleaned. When we arrived I bought an antibacterial spray to spray all surfaces and sweeped all floors to get rid of the dark hairs from other guests or the cleaning lady I don't know. Then we treated everything delicately because some things looked like they could break. We also avoided using the kitchen, it just wasn't inviting to touch anything. But we knew all this from the reviews so we were not too surprised and counted on only sleeping there and the price is low for accommodation in Paris to compensate. We had a problem with the internet (we connected well to the modem but it didn't have a connection) the owner replied to my question regarding but his response was not a solution. We didn't need the internet so we didn't insist. Too much of Paris to discover!
