there was no hot water for the duration of our stay and the company who own it kept trying to get me to fiddle with the boiler! They did send someone to try and fiox it but then it just leaked.

La ubicación es perfecta... aunque eso significa mucho ruido por las noches (NO hay aire acondicionado y en verano es necesario abrir las ventanas!)
COSAS QUE NO FUNCIONABAN: Wifi, lavavajillas, televisión, secador de pelo y campana extractora de humos en la cocina! Fatal! Todo esto deslució un montón la experiencia y NO corresponde con los servicios por los que pagamos. Además, al reclamar, la empresa ÚNICAMENTE se interesó por el termo (también goteaba) porque lo habían cambiado hacía poco. Mandaron a un fontanero (muy amable, por otro lado) al que tuvimos que atender durante nuestro tiempo de descanso. Ah! Y eran plenamente conscientes de que el lavavajillas NO funcionaba y no hicieron nada antes de nuestra llegada!!! Además, el AIRE ACONDICIONADO es NECESARIO con las temperaturas que se están alcanzando en verano en la ciudad. La empresa debe adaptar esto ya que el ruido de la calle hace muy difícil dormir con ventanas abiertas.
