Location, location, location. On the Tram 28 route, walking distance to restaurants!!!

Elevator in the property needs serviced. At one time it took 8 tries for the elevator door to shut.

The apartment is in an ideal location in the city offers a prime location for walking to main attractions. Although it is on a busy street there is minimal noise at night due to the double glazed windows.

The apartment uses a lift as the main entry point to the accommodation the lift doors are super sensitive to movement so it often took multiple attempts for the door to shut. Also the first day we checked in the door didn't shut fully when we left so we came back our door was wide open. The locking system used a code to access the door and when I called the emergency number the owner said the battery must have fallen out of place which is why we couldn't then use the code to gain access, because the the battery for the lock was being held in place by sellotape until a new holder arrived. We didn't feel safe the first night but the owner came out the next morning reset the lock and offered us alternative access to the apartment to avoid the lift & door codes. They did offer to look for alternative accommodation if we still didn't feel safe after the reset of the lock. The shower in the master bedroom was very leaky as the seal was missing so you had to take short showers to avoid flooding the bathroom (photos attached for reference)

The location is fantastic. Good size rooms.

Dark at the back Shower in bedroom leaking and now seen so many previous reviews saying the same but nothing done. TV remote missing…contacted facilities management who blamed the previous occupant and said will get one sent but nothing came. Also at night time frequent clang and hanging noises intermittently throughout the night, again shared with facilities but said maybe building works next door which wasn’t true as no building works at night. Again did nothing and no follow up or response. I wouldn’t book this place again disappointing.
