Downtown 75 Prestige in Baixa

It was close to the most attraction.

The apartment was located on the third floor, and the lift was not working, which made access difficult, especially as we were travelling with children. Upon arrival, we also experienced issues with the main entrance door, which would not open. We had to wait outside for around 30 minutes until a resident from another apartment opened the door and allowed us to enter. When we raised the issue, we were told that the door was functioning properly. Additionally, there was no welcome drink or any complimentary tea and coffee provided. Having stayed in many accommodations, this was one of the least hospitable experiences we have encountered.

Locația excelentă , foarte aproape de centru. Apartamentul mare, cu două dormitoare și două băi , living, bucatarie echipată

Mirosul de mucegai din dulapuri, mirosul canalizării din băi. Am avut expresorul de de cafea nefuncțional dar din păcate echipa nu a soluționat problema și nici nu revenit cu un feedback.

Location was great. Close to everything. We were able to walk to most places in Baixa and Chiada. Alfama is also close and we were to cover some parts by foot.

Apartment had 2 bathrooms. We were told by host one of the bathrooms had a leak and a plumber would fix it a day after our arrival. They did something but noticed water was not fully draining in on suite bathroom. The other bathroom which was in working condition had a really bad smell. Couldn’t figure out where it was coming from but felt like it was sewer smell. Had a tough time with bathrooms. Location was great, kitchen had utensils for cooking but didn’t have any supplies other than salt/pepper and some coffee powder.
