All was good.

The host opened the doors remotely during a WhatsApp call and the keys were found inside the apartment itself. The flat was fairly spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, including some basic supplies and cleaning products, as well as a variety of crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Very speedy wifi and generally quiet at night but excellently located, close enough to the metro and a variety of tram/bus services - very short walk to the seafront. Simple heating controls and hot water on demand. Generally well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

Be advised that this is an attic conversion and there are low sloping ceilings which will be awkward for taller folks and everyone needs to take care in the cooking area. Some water damage was evident by the dishwasher and around the bath. The front door downstairs was very stiff to open and the lobby was somewhat smelly. There is a small lift to the 5th floor then a short flight of stairs up to the top. Could possibly do with some idiot-proof instructions for operating the appliances.

It was spacious and a good location

The apartment needs modernisation
