I had booked the room for my adult son and would in future book elsewhere because of safety

The central location. Close to shops, tram etc

The entry to the building felt unsafe. Lots of tailgating. The immediate locality also felt unsafe. The corridors smelt strongly of marijuana. The room was mostly fine. Could have been cleaner and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Good central location but not as close to train station as led to believe. Good secure building.

The location was centrally good. The building's security was excellent. Good view from window. Good price apart from the cleaning fee when not cleaned properly.

The room wasn't professionally cleaned. The cooking utensils weren't very clean, I had to wash utensils and saucepans before using them. The tiled area behind the cooking hob wasn't cleaned properly, the shower tiles weren't clean, there was black mould in the shower between the tiles and on the bottom of the window frame above the bed. Work surfaces and the tiled shower walls were wiped down with a cloth that left bits all over. The bed wasn't comfortable but after using the duvet to lie on and using the duvet cover as a sleeping bag, it worked very well. Took a while to get familiarized with the building, lots of different corridors and doors.

Convenient location, check in staff was helpful.

The elevator was totally unsafe! And the building seems like its abandoned almost. Did not feel safe at night . Also the front door doesnt lock and theres no security person.

got what I expected for a cheap stay in the city centre of Sheffield but the stay was not enjoyable

See my other review for more info. I refuse to believe that there is only one person at the site who has access to a key for the various floors electrical rooms! And it should not have taken nearly 24hrs to get sockets back on. Had to charge my devices in the communal lounge! Vending machine a rip off also.

Comfortable when everything went well but the near 24 hour wait to get my sockets workingn

As I am awaiting renting here, then location to town is fab as it smack bang behind the cathedral. I liked the layout of the room and it met my needs.

There are a few things - I have had two bookings (3/4 - 13/4 and 13/4 - today 19/4) and so far have had to message a few times to get issues in the room dealt with ie; lamp not working, issues in the bathroom, the worktop induction plate not working at all (then brought me a Cookworks hob to use) and also making toast one night, fused the electrics leaving me without socket power for nearly 24 hours (messaging and calling everyone to fix the issue to no avail!) Not great!

Poca Ventilación y pocos utensilios de cocina y falta de Perchas para colgar la ropa en el Armario.(No había ni una percha);además de asientos pues sólo había una silla para una persona y la otra persona se tenía que sentar en la Cama. Aunque es razonable al ser Apartamentos para Estudiantes.
