Great location, comfy and warm, friendly reception, would visit again.

Lovely, comfortable and warm, looks recently renovated, very modern with a Great shower. Greeted by a lovely lady. If we are over that way again we would definitely stay there.

The only thing is there was only one towel between 2 people. There should be at least one each, and also a hairdryer. This caught me out going to a wedding as everywhere else I’ve ever stayed has a hairdryer.

Very clean and well equipped room, the addition of a fridge made the stay even better. Would stay again.

The walls must be quite thin, the man in the next apartment was talking for most of the night and was very audible. I realise this wouldn't always be a problem if the person in the next apartment went to sleep!

Comfortable room, fantastic value for money.

Comfortable bed. Fridge, sink and microwave were a bonus. Great shower.

The room I was in was up two big flights of stairs, okay for me, but a gentle warning if you are less able than I am.

A very clean and comfortable, en suite room just lacking in what we had expected.

The central situation in Leek town centre

The description on booking .com said we could expect a fridge and cooking facilities. This does not apply to all the rooms only to those being used by longer stay people, not available in each room This is not explained on the website. We had a kettle and some basic crockery and cutlery plus a microwave but nowhere to keep milk or any fresh food. We met the owner, a very pleasant lady who was sorry we were disappointed, but she said the description was incorrect on booking.com

Central location near to coffee shops etc., good sized bathroom, reasonable price.

Front door a bit fiddly (as explained beforehand). Had a little trouble spotting the building although one of the photos of the outside of the place helped.
