Welcoming and comfortable!
Old pub turned into this welcoming accommodation. We arrived in the early evening with no trouble getting our key to our annexe. Breakfast is served early 8-9:30, definitely worth waking up for! Very accommodating for food alterations. The husband and wife are a lovely couple and told us of many of the local walking sights to see.
Only thing stopping this from being a 10 is that when we first entered the property/room, the smell of cleaning products was so intense it triggered a mild asthma attack.

Good breakfast, friendly hosts. The accomodation was spacious and ample parking. It is very close to, or just on the edge of Leek town centre.
Beds could be a little bigger, plenty of space in the room, but even so they were comfortable.

Lovely motel with all the features you need in a great location.
Great location - within easy walking distance of the town centre. The room was of a good size plus free parking. Breakfast was excellent - they provided vegan options. Really lovely couple running the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely B&B, Jill & Paul excellent hosts
It was my 2nd visit,different room. Everything you could think of was supplied. Room comfy, wet room shower was superb, was nice and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Absolutely was value for money
