Clean, spacious, private room in a great location to all amenities.

The space

The protracted means of entering the property. Codes and ID checks pre-arrival at the property would be better. Also, having to set the temperature in a separate room/cupboard, in order to warm the room on arrival, which was cold.

Pleasant stay

Clean and tidy

Out with work colleagues but having been read so many rules and regulations felt like they weren’t allowed to wait for me inside which made it feel not a welcoming as hotel normally stay in where we wait and get ready together . I also didn’t require heating on a prefer to sleep in a cold room but then felt the quilt on the bed was not adequate to keep warm and there were was no additional bedding available other than that pleasant stay

Lovely apartment style in the centre of leek.

Great location, nice apartment, clean and perfect for a few nights in leek. Youre really in the middle of everything. A nice homely feel. If you're sharing the big bed, I think it would be great. Will definitely use these guys again.

The sofa bed is very small - probably better suited to a kid than an adult. Ring doorbell slightly hard to hear, but we still managed to check in fine.

A good value, clean apartment in a lovely town.

A great little apartment in this beautiful, old fashioned market town. The room is spacious and in a quirky location right in the town centre. Immaculately clean and well presented. The heating was quick to warm up once we located the control panel in the boiler cupboard.

The bedding is on the cheap side and a king sized bed would fit in the room. Parking is a bit of a juggle but not terrible.

Really good, and with a few tiny tweaks could be perfect.

It was really nice and clean, and was a good location right in the middle of town. It's handy that most of the nearby parking is free evenings and Sundays, not far from pubs and takeaways.

Got a bit warm in the evening, and could really have done with there being a fan to use, as there is only one window that opens and it's not very much. It's a little odd that there is still the switch for a cooker and a cooker hood there for no reason, as there is no oven or hob. Could really do with an extra socket in the kitchen area so you didn't have to unplug the fridge to use the kettle every time. Security is a slight issue, as at times the double doors at the entrance were not bolted at the bottom, so you could just push both doors open, without needing the lock pin code. It was secure when we first arrived, but when I popped out in the morning, it wasn't, as someone else must had to open both doors to get a large suitcase through, and not resecured the doors after. Obviously room is secured with it's own locking door, am only talking about the external door into the hallway.

Clean room in a good location, but with some issues that the owners should address.

Check in was relatively straight forward via the doorbell system. Room was spacious and clean. Good wifi connection. Location was convenient if wanting to stay in the town centre with free overnight parking within a couple of hundred metres.

Issues with the room included the TV not working (displaying a aerial connection message throughout our stay). Just 2 pillows were provided on the double bed (1 per person), no spares to be found in the room. The curtains were not blackout and so the streetlight outside the window made the room very light all night. Room temperature was supposedly controlled via the radiator thermostat, however there was no heating coming through to be controlled. Colder than expected outside temperatures and single glazed windows meant that the room was also cold and couldn't be warmed.

Great room for one night stays

Very nice large room, with a modern en suite, clean well furnished, nice touches like snacks and chocs for guests. Kitchenette with microwave, comfy bed. Very central.

Nothing major, just a suggestion, the room was large enough to take a king size bed. And it would be useful to have a small fridge in the kitchenette.
