Very hospitable and understanding (arrived late, and they were great about it). Helpful and approachable, couldnt be better.
Room slightly on the small side, but totally fine.

Guy was so lovely and accommodating for us as we were staying for a wedding locally. He let us use a private space in the pub to get ready for the wedding as our room wasn’t ready yet. He was very kind and welcoming!
The parking onsite is very limited with and the lightning in the bathroom of our room could have been brighter.

That we had to ask the staff to unlock the door for the additional room in the family rooom. We paid for it so should have just been unlocked
