Inside, you'll find two lovely bedrooms alongside a modern kitchen and inviting living area. Relax on the comfy sofas or unwind with a drink in the shared garden. With direct access to the promenade and a short stroll to the town center, you’re perfectly located for your holiday adventures. Professionally cleaned for your peace of mind
The space
You’ll check-in and check-out using a lockbox and keys, which makes your travels hassle-free and easy. The property is a semi-detached house set back a little from the road, with a shared garden. You can see the sea from the front windows.
Once inside, you’ll find the living areas and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen has been equipped with utensils, spices, tea, and coffee.
Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms (hotel-quality linen is provided) and a modern bathroom: with toiletries and towels provided too. Professionally cleaned and managed.
Enjoy the outdoors in your own private area with outdoor furniture.

Feel free to access and use my garden or the outdoor spaces. Please keep in mind that the garden up-keeping and treatment are scheduled once every 2 months.
Since we have greenery in our outdoor spaces, it's only natural to occasionally see small insects, etc. But please do not hesitate to reach out if this causes you inconvenience.
• Lost/forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
To finalize your booking, kindly select either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £35 non-refundable damage waiver (via STRLY).
