About this apartment rental

This is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a Victorian townhouse located only minutes from the promenade and pier and shops. We are proud of what we have created and have provided everything we can think of to make this as relaxing and comfortable a holiday as possible for our guests. One bedrooms has a superking sized bed and the second has two twin zip and link beds that can be made into a super king sized bed (if requested on booking). All bedding is provided. The master is set up as a super king sized bed and has bedside cabinets with lamps, a chair, mirror and space saving clothing rail with hangers. The second bedroom is set up as two single beds with bedside cabinets, lamps, a chair and space saving clothing rail with hangers.
The open plan lounge/ kitchen has a comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas, a 50” tv with free view and the option to access any of your own streaming services such as Netflix etc. It also has a dining table and chairs set up in the large bay window so that you can enjoy watching the activities and views of the Great Orme. The kitchen has all items we hope you will ever need, with a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. All kitchen crockery and utensils are also provided. There is a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer, freezer and ironing board.
The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity sink unit with mirror. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided, as is wi-fi.
On your arrival there is a small welcome pack so you can put your feet up and have a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival, whilst you relax and plan the days ahead.

This property was ideal for our visit to Llandudno with family. It is in such a handy place that we could walk everywhere and always managed to get a parking space outside somewhere.It was nicely decorated and nice and clean. The only things i thought could be improved are the sofas which are very low and not that comfy and it would be good to have a mirror on the wall in the second bedroom. Otherwise it had everything we needed.Owners were good at responding to messages. We are likely to stay again next year

Fantastic, spacious property with everything we needed. I got lucky and found a parking space just a couple of houses down when we arrived and I did not need to move it until we left four days later. Great communication with Warren and Jill and useful information pack too. Really appreciated having tea towels, cloth, washing up liquid etc and tea, coffee, milk. My only niggles would be the number of air fresheners (sorry i put them under the sink) and one bath sheet smelt damp and musty so we didnt use it. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. It was so convenient for town that once we parked up we didn’t need to use the car again. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stayed with elderly parents for a long weekend. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. 5 minute walk to the seafront. Parking is an issue as had to keep moving my car but after a day managed to find a spot outside the apartment where it remained until we left on Sunday!

Great communication from the owners before we arrived. Easy instructions for getting in. Great location within walking distance of town centre but area was quiet and lovely to see the orme leaving the apartment each day. Apartment well laid out with all the facilities you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Warren and Jill are excellent hosts. They responded rapidly to all questions and requests. The flat is well equipped and clean. Parking was a problem over the bank holiday but this improved after the Monday. High level of equipment in kitchen. Recommended.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in this part of Wales! Communication with Warren and Jill was very smooth and the apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and cozy. Everything is exactly as described, shops and restaurants are all within a walking distance. 5/5!

Absolutely amazing find. Communication with Warren & Jill was excellent and very friendly. Met Jill & her mum and made us feel like we were home from home. Apartment is in an ideal location right near all amenities and central to pier and theatre which ticked all our boxes. Yet still in a quiet area which was ideal. Apartment was very clean and warm and well equipped with everything you would need. Tea, coffee , milk, juice , Welsh cakes on our arrival which went down a treat. Thank you. Tioletries etc. Definitely our to go place on our next trip to Llandudno. Thank you Warren & Jill for making our stay welcoming. Xxx
