Beautifully 3Bed Restored Apartment near Deansgate - Pass the Keys

We were attending events at the AO arena and the location was very convenient for this - just a short walk away. The main room was a lovely area to socialise in as a group. The beds were comfortable.

Communicatie met beheerder verwarrend, apart sms-nummer waar niet op gereageerd kan worden, niet antwoorden via Booking enz. Onduidelijk over vroege in check.

Lovely location, beautiful clean flat, comfy bed, good shower, all the amenities you would need. Their information on the key box is incorrect but we managed to figure it out after several attempts to enter the property.

There is an additional charge to rent this property. On paying you are asked to provide personal details and a copy of your id and bank details and pay £5 for every night you have booked. It is claimed that this is essential for insurance purposes. This function is handled by Truvi which is a company with a very low score on Trustpilot, read the reviews for more information. In my case I reluctantly filled in the details. But apparently, I didn't give a clear enough image of my passport which then led to them calling me at 08.00 in the morning on a Saturday to demand that I repeat the process. While this process is mentioned on the listing I didn't see it when I booked as it is buried deep in the small print. I do not want to share my details with third parties. That brings me to my second irritation. The letting agency that manages the property kept contacting me off-app event after being explicitly asked not to. Some people may love unsolicited autogenerated messages from people they don't know, I am not one of them. I would not book with them again for these reasons.
