The location
Not gaining entry until 3 hours after our requested (and confirmed) check in time. Not enough bedding to make use of the sofa beds - having to sleep 3 adults in double bed. Only 4 dining chairs, 4 glasses available for 6 persons. Wet laundry left in the washing machine. Mouldy food and rotten veg left in cupboards. Attitude of owner during telephone conversations.
