I wouldn’t stay here again.

There was a lot of space and it was close to the city centre.

The sofa smelled like vomit and the bathrooms and carpet were not clean.

Terrible stay

Keys were hard to find. Instructions were really bad. Owner of the property called me before I arrived on the day and was rude and aggressive. He demanded I send him a copy of my ID or he wouldn’t give us the key code for the lock box. I explained it was already past check in time, that I had not been asked for an ID before and would not be sending a copy over. I was also driving on the motorway so couldn’t send anything if I wanted to. When I refused his demands he got more rude and aggressive on the phone. I still have no idea why he needed my ID as I have never done this before, and why he was so vile about it. The room was paid for and I had all the confirmation information, I did not give my ID. Do not book with this person!

Customer service was appalling. Lockboxes are not clear where they are Lockboxes are attached to a flimsy fence opposite when you finally find them. Road for parking is very dangerous and hazardous

Property was clearly not cleaned before we entered as there was hair in the shower and dirty towels and bedding left… Marks all over the walls in every room Took you 2 days to send back the money deposit I left it cleaner then I received it Nothing professional about this place at all

An adequate stay probably wouldn’t stay again

The layout and space was really good!

The communication was extremely poor. We were left outside of the property and could not find the lock box due to poor directions. We were messaged ten minutes before checking asking for ID to receive the pin for the lock box and we were trying to call the host in order to receive some help and it was difficult to reach him. The property had some damage with a poor attempt at fixing this damage particularly on the walls, we are aware this isn’t the fault of the host, but it does considerably bring down the overall quality of the stay. There also wasn’t enough towels we had six guests booked in the room and we were only provided with three towels. The parking is also extremely limited, again this is to no fault of the host but something to be noted.

I enjoyed my stay in Manchester

I love The view and how close it is to the City Centre. Has all kitchen utensils so we were able to cook during our stay. There is a shopping.l center near by that came in really handy.

The location was perfect for what we needed.

The police was extremely dirt, hairs in the beds, hairs in the showers, the door handle came off in my hand on the bedroom, the floor was really dirty. Loud music was basting out from the apartment next door until 4am

Area is still under development with a lot of building going on, difficult to find a car parking space. The instructions to pick up the key were not clear and we had to phone the host on arrival.

Property was beautiful & really clean throughout. Beds were very comfortable. Great location. Host was great at communicating & very friendly. Definitely would book here again. Everyone who stayed loved & said they would also stay again.
