Great location, exceptionally helpful hosts and comfortable apartment. Quiet area near to canals, lovely people.in the area .

Space and location.
No milk available. Parking restrictions cause me to pay extra £9 for 2 hours.

Location was convenient and manager was friendly and attentive.
Everything else. Apartment needed a good clean (in drawers, behind doors, etc) and some basic maintenance ( toilet roll holders, bin door broken, sink plug, etc). Also did not get a bath mat, hand towel, tea towels, etc and much of the cookware was well past its useful life). Towels were all odd, pillows were terrible and none of the bedding g was ironed. It basically looked like a single guy's apartment. Also putting extra beds in the living room and calling it an "additional studio apartment" is very misleading.
