Spacious Apartment - 8 Min To Manchester Centre - Pass the Keys

Close to everything, had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay, the host was also amazing when we needed any help :) Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The property was well located, very clean and had a little balcony.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the Pass Key sit, I was unable to upload my passport on the site as it was down. I sent via email & it took until almost midnight to eventually receive an email to say they wanted a screenshot of my face . By this time myself and nephew had to book into a hotel after waiting 6 hours in a public place and send in on the Saturday in order to the address and login details of the apartment. The service was absolutely shocking, no urgency or empathy with people hanging up on us, promising a call back which never came. We have made an official complaint, looking for our Friday night to be refunded along with the hotel stay and compensation for the stress that it caused us ( I suffer from ME and had travelled from Scotland down to Manchester which had 3 train changes and needed to rest when I arrived but ended up waiting 6 hours until we had to make a decision to try and get alternate accommodation at 10.30pm at night) I realise this is out of control for their client but as you pay a fee fur their service I would like to ask if you intervene as we are getting no updates or call backs these last 3 weeks.
