The location is perfect. Gorgeous views of the lake. Facilities within the apartment were fabulous. Clean and tidy throughout. The host was excellent and extremely attentive. Would 100% recommend to others.

Comfortable stay with a great view.

The room was very comfortable, and the view was amazing! The host was also very kind and even offered us some traditional food.

The extractor fan wasn’t very strong and the fridge was a bit loud.

Amazing modern apt with fabulous view of Lake Como

Easy public transport to town. Mattheo was a welcoming and helpful host. Apt had everything we needed and well kitted out for our 4 night stay. Large balcony with fab view overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean with comfortable bed.

An unforgettable stay with a breathtaking view and the kindest hosts – we would love to come back!

The apartment was an absolute dream! The view over Lake Como – both at sunrise and by night – was simply magical. The place was spotless, lovingly furnished, and had everything we needed. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of Massimo and Iryna – they were always available, gave us great recommendations, and made us feel incredibly welcome. We felt completely at home and were able to fully relax.

Incredible peace and silence in nature!

The space was perfect for what I needed - a solo retreat in nature with a beautiful view. I spent so much time on the balcony watching the lake and listening to the birds while soaking in the sun. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, adjusting to my schedule and messaging back very quickly. There were also some nice thoughtful touches like plenty of towels, and water and juice waiting in the fridge. One last thing - the bed was incredibly comfortable with plenty of different sized pillows to suit all preferences.

The property is located a little up a hill which I didn't mind at all, but you do need to walk about 5 minutes if you don't have a car. It's also a bit far from restaurants and grocery stores, but this would not be an issue if you have a car.

Чудове місце, в яке хочеться повертатися

Ми зупинялися тут на дві ночі і це був дуже приємний досвід. Будинок розташований в мальовничому районі, з хорошим транспортним сполученням. Апартаменти були чисті і мали все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Кімната простора із зручним великим ліжком. Температура в приміщенні була комфортною, працював вентилятор і закривались жалюзі на нічний режим. Відчувається уважність до деталей: нам залишили бутильовану воду, булочки, каву та чай, як вгощення. Особливо гарною зоною є тераса із чудовим видом на озеро, на якій можна полежати на лежаках, або поснідати за столиком. Окрема подяка Ірині, яка дозволила нам заселитись швидше і дала дуже цінні поради. Це допомогло нам краще спланувати нашу подорож. Однозначно повернулася сюди б ще!

Коли ми вибирали ці апартаменти, то хвилювалися за їхнє розташування, а саме у "вищій" частині міста. Ви повині бути готовими до підняття невеличким серпантином. Проте, воно того варте! По-перше, вид з апартаментів - чудовий. Район теж красивий, з невеликими віллами, спокійний і безпечний. З цієї сторони міста ви зможете швидше дістатися до інших мальовничих містечок і вілл. Автобусом і частково паромом - це виявилось значно швидше, аніж лише паромом з центрального порту. Тож, це було дуже хорошим рішенням, обрати саме це розташування.

Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit tollem Seeblick

Das Apartment in ruhiger Stadtrandlage bietet einen tollen Blick auf den See. Der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles andere als durchgelegen. Insgesamt wirkt die Einrichtung neuwertig. Massimo und Iryna waren bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns diverse Restaurant Empfehlungen gegeben. Hier wird Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen.

Como 2 Nächte

Gute Ausstattung im Appartment, nicht high-end aber alles was man braucht war da. Matratze hat uns auch gefallen, war bequem!. Größe Zimmer und Balkon war ansprechend, aber zu heiß um draußen zu verweilen erst spät abends ,wenn überhaupt. Es gibt eine Aussicht aber geht auf Kosten der Nähe zum Zentrum. Trotzdem 1 Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. -Wohnung ist typische Hanglage entsprechend steil und beengt der Weg nach oben, da auch die Bewohner selbst dort parken. Die Nähe zu den Einkaufsläden mit Auto!(Lidl, Carrefour) und zum Stadtzentrum selber ist ganz gut. Geparkt im Parkhaus Communale. War für fast den ganzen Tag (ca 9h) ca.17 Euro. Dort gibt es auch saubere kostenfreie Toiletten mit Parkticketzugang! Sonst gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, unten in der Kurve bevor man hoch zum Apartement fährt, zur Stadt. Haben es selber aber nicht genutzt.

Die Aussicht ist schön aber leider etwas verdeckt durch die Bäume. Bad etwas klein und eng- persönliche Meinung. Man darf nicht zu kräftig sein, könnte eng werden. Großes Problem Klimaanlage sehr laut und nicht wirklich effelktiv kühlend... mussten wir zum schlafen auch ausschalten, die war wirklich laut! Es gibt definitiv leisere und gut kühlende Klimaanlagen. Wäre eine Investition wert, da es sehr warm war, auch über Nacht.- trotz eingeschaltetem Deckenventilator der eine leichte "Brise" gab. Morgens gegen 5/6Uhr -meiner Beobachtung nach wird die Markise ausgefahren, störend. Kann auch sein, dass es eine Zeitschaltuhr hat. Die Auffahrt könnte für manch anderer ein Problem werden mit einem Polo klappt es ganz gut. Ein größeres Auto wird Probleme beim manövrieren und parken haben können.

Il y a la base de cuisine nécessaire (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, café, sucre et thé) et quelques douceurs de bienvenue. L'appartement est situé en hauteur à 35 minutes à pied du centre de Côme par un chemin agréable.

Super Appartement, tolle Ausstattung, super freundlicher Besitzer!!

Massimo, der Besitzer, war sehr nett, sehr freundlich und sehr korrekt bei der Übergabe. Er gab uns Tipps für Restaurants und die Benutzung des öffentlichen Verkehrs. Wir erhielten Kaffee-Kapseln für das Frühstück, Plätzchen, Essig und Öl für etwaiges Kochen. Beim Parken in der Straße half Massimo uns. Vielen Dank!!!! Das Appartement ist super!
