Great place!

Amazing unless you are a light sleeper

The apartment was clean, cosy, had everything we would need. The owner was very kind and helpful!

The one and only reason of not giving it a 10/10 is the water boiler in the main room, which is very loud (and has a bright display) whenever someone uses hot water. It turned on a couple of times during the night and in the morning, not allowing us to sleep well until we bought ear plugs. So if you get woken up easily, we do not recommend this apartment - otherwise it's amazing!

Estadia muito boa no Rosita’s Apartment

O apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos! Inclusive um vinho e água com e sem gás na geladeira, ofertados pela anfitriã! E todos os temperos, azeite, balsâmico, etc!! Isso faz toda diferença!!

Só dá pra ficar nesse apartamento se tiver com carro. Sem carro é impossível.

Justito y barato, sin florituras

Pocos puntos positivos, solo que en coche está a pocos minutos de como.

Lo anuncian con parking pero es de la calle y a veces está lleno, lo que molesta es que el edificio donde está el Rositas tiene espacio para dejar el coche y no te lo ofrecen (yo lo metí dentro, tampoco nadie dice nada) Mucha olor a humedad y mucho frio, pedimos encender calefacción y nos dijeron que no era posible. Cuando duermes tiene varios aparatos (caldera, router y detector de humos) que hacen luces y ruidos MUY MOLESTOS. La solución es bajar el diferencial pero tiene tela. Por último no tiene luces de cama, todo luz blanca terrible con enchufes ridiculos. No repetiria.

Muy mejorable.

La atención de la propietaria, genial. El agua caliente funciona fenomenal. La wifi también. Cama cómoda. Tiene un jardín muy acogedor en la parte de atrás donde salir a tomar el aire.

El apartamento no llega a ser cómodo por varios motivos: es muy ruidoso, carretera justo en la ventana con tráfico. La cocina apenas tiene utensilios y los que hay están muy viejos. En el baño se mueve la taza del wáter, no hay toallero y las toallas son viejas, ásperas y amarillean. El apartamento podría ser acogedor, pero hay que mantenerlo al día. Volver a comprar las cosas que se van poniendo feas y arreglando lo que se vaya rompiendo. Tuve que planchar una camisa (no hay lavadora: la lavè a mano) y la plancha era un metal sin una funda siquiera. Por cierto, tuve que hacerlo en el suelo del baño: no entraba el enchufe en otro lugar. En fin, no todo es cobrar y me olvido. No todo vale.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e ben curato. Molto apprezzata la concessione di vino e acqua in frigo. Bagno grande con acqua calda.

Il parcheggio è accanto ma non sempre si trova posto. In bagno il porta asciugamani era difettoso.

Perfektes Apartment für einen Zwischenstop in Como.

Es war ein schönes kleines Apartment oberhalb von Como. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und für eine kurzen Stopp war es perfekt. Da wir Fahrräder dabei hatten, konnten wir sogar schnell zum Comer See Baden fahren. Zurück ging es allerdings steil bergauf. Besonders schön war der kleine Garten, wo wir unser Abendbrot und Frühstück gegessen haben. Er war sehr romantisch, wie überhaupt das ganze alte Haus.

Vom Garten hat man die Autobahn gehört, die unterhalb vorbei führt. Zum Glück war es aber nicht im Zimmer zu hören.

Abbiamo trovato un piatto sporco e anche i cassetti del bagno all'interno erano piuttosto mal ridotti. Aggiungo che l'appendi tovaglie del bagno è praticamente rotto e non facevano che cadere a terra

Struttura posizionata in ottima posizione. La casa aveva tutto quello che serviva per una vacanza e la signora molto cordiale

Excelente, pasamos unos días muy a gusto, como en casa. Todo fue muy fácil con Rosita y el apartamento muy bonito y cómodo, con todo lo que necesitas. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Übernachtung und Zimmer super. Kommunikation schlecht

Ich habe nie Antworten auf meinen WhatsApp Nachrichten erhalten. Blöderweise habe ich vermutlich eine teure Thermarestmatte dort stehen lassen. Auf die Frage danach, habe ich ebenfalls nie eine Antwort erhalten. Das ist sehr ärgerlich . Rein vom Apartment her war alles gut.
