Very pleasant experience

Great view from the terrace. Nice and clean house and good location at the bottom floor on hot summer weather. A bit hard to find with navigator so better look at the map also.

Φιλικός ο οικοδεσπότης που μας εξήγησε τα πάντα. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο με θέα! Αυτόνομος κλιματισμός (ζεστό ή κρύο) και πάντα ζεστό νερό. Δική μας θέση πάρκινγκ και μόλις 15' από το κέντρο του Κόμο!

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού και τα μαξιλάρια καλό θα είναι να αμαβαθμιστούν, ο καλός ύπνος είναι σημαντικός στις διακοπές.

It is a single room.

The value for money was okay. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay.

The access roads to the building are steep and narrow (no space for two cars). Parking in the designated space is not easy, especially for larger cars. We have a VW-Passat, and I had to maneuver about 20 times back and forth to fit into the parking spot. In my opinion, the accommodation description is missing the following details: • It is a single-room space. You either sleep in the kitchen with a loud refrigerator, or the kitchen area is inside the bedroom. • The room is located two floors below street level. You have to walk down two flights of stairs. • The TV does not offer any international channels. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Die Zufahrtsstraßen zum Gebäude sind steil und eng (kein Platz für zwei Autos). Das Einparken auf dem Stellplatz ist besonders für größere Autos nicht einfach. Wir haben einen Passat Kombi und ich musste etwa 20 Mal vor- und zurücksetzen, um in die Parklücke zu gelangen. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft fehlen aus meiner Sicht folgende Angaben: • Es handelt sich um einen einzigen Raum. Man schläft entweder in der Küche mit einem lauten Kühlschrank oder im Schlafzimmer, in dem sich die Küchenzeile befindet. • Der Raum liegt zwei Stockwerke unter Straßenniveau. Man muss zwei Treppen hinuntergehen. • Das TV-Gerät bietet keine internationalen Programme.

het was een super mooie verblijf met een heel mooie uitzicht. En een super mooie en goed ingericht.

Dat de eigenaar naar ons toe kwam en de sleutel voor ons pakte en ons voor ging. Ook legde hij alles goed uit. Ook ontvingen we zijn whatsapp adres voor als we vragen hadden. was gewoon een top locatie
