Pulito e fornito di ogni cosa , c'è anche la lavatrice. Bagno nuovo ma troppo piccolo.
Trattasi di un micro appartamento 25mq totali. Spazi ridotti , bagno piccolo, bidet scomodo da utilizzare. Lavandino minuscolo. Difficoltà di parcheggio, davanti all'ingresso ci sono 5 posti con disco orario, centro raggiungibile con bus in 15 minuti ma non a piedi. Mancano spazi e/o ripiani per poggiare i bagagli. Non c'è aria condizionata,, ma c'è un ventilatore. Primo piano senza ascensore , NON adatto a persone disabili e a persone in sovrappeso come me.
