A weird location, but the neighbours were very friendly

very cosy kitchen, bathroom was clean and neat the ventilator was sublime

The noise on he street, the parking facility, i had to turn my car in a litlle corner.

Joli studio à Côme

Super studio à Côme, bien situé et facile d'accès. Tout est fait pour rendre le séjour confortable. Tout était très propre, bien équipé, et surtout très joli et accueillant.

Questo appartamento è fornito di tutto. I proprietari hanno fatto in maniera tale che tutte le esigenze del cliente fossero già predisposte. In ogni situazione mi son trovato ad avere una soluzione.... Poteva servire un Phon? C'era... Poteva servire un cerotto? C'era... Volevamo fare un aperitivo ma senza usare un bicchiere classico? Taac il calice figo... Riscaldamento? Ventilatore? C'era... Cuscini in più? Eccoli... Coperta in più? Si ceck! ... Caffè tisane te... sale pepe zucchero? Si pure quelli. (Mancava l'olio, ma ci sta'... ) Frigo con già dell'acqua fresca in frigo... C'era pure quella. Insomma. Anche il deodorante per la casa e un libricino di benvenuto con le indicazioni di come utilizzare i vari elettrodomestici e dispositivi di riscaldamento e refrigerazione.

Bhe... Una cosa che ovviamente non dipende dai problemi proprietari è stato il vicinato. Purtroppo un po' di caciara l'hanno fatta anche a tarda ora. Il cane un po' rompeva le balle ma tutto sommato, la vita in palazzina è un po' così.

Die Lage ist super. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Türe um schnell nach Como zu kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Mit Liebe eingerichtetes Zimmer. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Danke für das unkomplizierte einchecken und auschecken.

Senkinek sem ajánlom, nem megbízható!

A szállás stílusa tetszett, otthonos volt.

Lefoglaltuk a szállásunkat, ugyanis a képek és a vélemények alapján jónak értékeltük első benyomásra. Aztán a szállás elfoglalását megelőző napig teljesen jól ment az üzenetváltás a szállásadóval. Rugalmas volt, ugyanis a whatsapp felületén folytattuk a kommunikációt és írta, hogy azon a napon amikor a szállást elfoglaljuk küldi a kulcs széfhez a kódot, hogy bejuthassunk. Aztán másnap amikor vártuk, hogy küldi a kódot, jó sokáig várva, már rossz előérzetem volt. 15.00 tól lehet a szállást elfoglalni, de én már csak azutan írtam neki, hogy kérném a kódot. Semmilyen válasz nem jött. Aztán megérkeztünk hívtam telefonon, akkor sem jött válasz. A szomszédokat kérdeztük már. Mondták legyünk türelmesek, közben már kb. este 6 óra volt és még mindig nem volt válasz. Ezek utan úgy döntöttünk elmegyünk a rendőrségre. A rendőrség segített. Ő is próbalta hívni az apartman tulajdonosát nekik sem vette fel. Majd az apartman takarítóját megtalálták a rendőrörök és érdekes azután már írt a tulajdonos rögtön. Addig pedig egy egész délutan nem lehetett elérni! Aztan úgy írt mindtha mi sem történt volna hazudozott, hogy a wifije nem volt jó, meg , hogy összekeverte az airbnb-vel. De azt látnia kell hol a szállásfoglalás ez az ő felelőssége!! A helyszín is borzalmas egy getto telep sajnos. A fal a plafonon beázik a folt ott van. A comoi városnézésünk nem valósult meg , ugyanis a szállásbejutás elvette az idöt! Azt gondolom ezt nem teheti meg másokkal a szállásadó! Le kellett írnom. Igért visszatérítést, de azt sem kaptunk!

Nettes Apartment

Kleines 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles war sauber. Der Check-in sehr einfach. Ein großer Supermarkt sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war super!

Relativ weit weg vom Zentrum und der Nachbar hat einen Hund, der während unseres Aufenthalts leider die ganze Nacht gebellt hat. Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte auf jeden Fall Oropax einstecken.

Séjour très agréable !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement est très bien conçu, fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il offre tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable : cuisine bien équipée, produits de toilette disponibles, mobilier pratique… Tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien. C’est un endroit charmant, idéal pour un séjour à deux. On sent que les hôtes ont mis du soin dans l’aménagement du lieu. Les hôtes sont également très agréable et prévenant.

Quelques éléments pourraient être précisés ou revus. Tout d’abord, l’appartement était assez chaud lors de notre séjour, et l’absence de climatisation rend la température intérieure difficile à supporter, malgré la présence d’un ventilateur au plafond. L'hôte nous a également signalé une importante tache d’humidité au plafond, due à une récente infiltration, qui contribue à une atmosphère générale très humide. A noter qu'il n’y a pas de stationnement attitré : il faut chercher une place dans les rues adjacentes, ce qui peut être compliqué selon les horaires. La douche n'était également pas très propre.

Oké voor een dag.

Hygiënisch en mooi verzorgd appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een goed verblijf.

De locatie was iets minder vanwege het zoeken naar parkeergelegenheid en een eetgelegenheid. Nadeel hierbij was de dag;op maandag zijn de meeste eetgelegenheden gesloten.

Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile in bus

La cucina è ben attrezzata, l'appartamento ha tutte le comodità ed è adeguatamente riscaldato, il letto molto comodo, la fermata del bus vicinissima, c'è un eccellente forno sotto casa.

Gli asciugamani puzzavano di fumo, la finestra non ha le tende, il condominio lascia a desiderare.

Strada molto rumorosa e sottostante alla camera, non adatto a chi ha sonno leggero Inoltre quando passano mezzi pesanti in strada, come tir e camion, fanno vibrare il letto. Mancanza di un portone condominiale (può entrare chiunque direi non molto sicuro). Mancanza di tende oscuranti, passa un po' troppa luce dalla finestra.

Posto perfetto per visitare Como in tranquillità!

L'alloggio è in una posizione perfetta e in una zona tranquilla. E' davvero molto curato e anche i piccoli dettagli rendono il soggiorno fantastico! La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro città, tutti i servizi e mezzi di trasporto sono a pochi passi. Inoltre vasta scelta di supermercati, negozi e qualche ristorante. Inoltre gli host sono davvero molto disponibili!
