Skvělá komunikace s hostitelem. Prostorné ubytování. Wifi. Chytrá televize. Oddělená koupelna a záchod. Klimatizace (v době pobytu bylo venku 35 C). Parkování v domě. Vhodné i pro rodiny s dětmi (prostor s trávou a pískovištěm uvnitř bloku). Blízkost nabíječky pro elektroauta (cca 200 m). Schönbrunnský zámek, park a zoo cca 20 minut chůze, cestou několik kaváren s možností snídaně. Restaurace cca 20 m od ubytování (italská, chutné jídlo i pití, rozmanité menu, ochotná obsluha). Metro do centra cca 10 minut chůze. Obchod (SPAR) cestou k metru.
Nemám čím přispět.

Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen: Mitten in Wien und dennoch ruhig in einer Sackgasse. ÖPNV, Lebensmittelläden und Restaurant ganz in der Nähe. Die FeWo ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Gut gefallen haben uns auch Waschamschine und Trockner.
Die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wüschen übrig. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war zwar bequem aber doch ziemlich teuer.

Új épület, egy komplett, mindennel jól felszerelt lakás. Csendes. Saját parkoló mélygarázsban. U-Bahn kb. 500 méterre a lakástól.
