Spacious, great location, AC for hot days, easy communication with owner
I felt the charges for things were a bit random/not transparent. They send you a message that if it’s dirty they’re going to charge you 100€ ( fair enough that people shouldn’t trash an apartment but I think these fees need to be known from the start ).

The property is new so everything was comfortable. The beds and linens were new also. It was very comfortable for 5adults & 1child.
The location isn’t really near to walk to Schonbrun and the shops but the price is very low for Vienna so it compensates for the uber rides.

Super Lage, top Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Wohnung sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, ausreichend Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, Smart TV, klimatisiert
Das Haus an sich und auch der Zugang zu Wohnung ist ziemlich marode und wenig einladend. Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten Kein Parkplatz am Haus - nur eine Kurzparkzone - man kann das Auto daher nicht an der Wohnung parken.

Duży, przestronny apartament z wygodnymi łóżkami. Czysty i zadbany. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem który jest bardzo pomocny.
