새로 리노베이션된 숙소 시설로 보여 깨끗하고 깔끔함. 침구가 편해서 숙면을 취함 주방용품 매우 알참 수납 공간 풍부함 세탁기에 건조 기능 있음 화장실 2개라 많은 인원에 큰 도움 서역으로 가는 트램만 알면 대중교통 편함

처음엔 대중교통 이용이 불편하다 생각했는데 알고보니 바로 아래에 서역으로 가는 트램이 있었음. 그런데 주인에게 좀더 편한 경로가 없냐고 문의했는데 모르는지 이 경로는 알려주지 않음 마지막 하루는 갑자기 온수가 나오지 않아 샤워하는데 고생함 비대면 체크인 방법을 동영상(유투브링크) 도 제공해주면 좋겠음 세탁기 사용설명서(영문)가 있으면 좋겠음

Nasza rodzina 2+3 spokojnie się pomieściła z bagażami. Dwie łazienki, dosyć dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Klimatyzacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane w wysokiej piwnicy, dojście do mieszkania bardzo nieatrakcyjne. Kolejnego dnia brak ciepłej wody, ale właściciel zareagował i wieczorem już mieliśmy.

Erstaunlich ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an ÖV, Gepäck-Depot war vor dem Einchecken möglich, Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden

W-Lan war etwas schwach

The property was just a 10mins away from central with the U3 which is frequent. Apartment is equipped. Beds are comfortable. Modernized Tiny Apartment sleeps 6 but it will get crammed with so many as it’s super tiny.

The linen did not smell fresh, there was no air freshener in the apartment and a strong cigarette smell unpleasantly present in the smaller toilet, entrance and the tiny bedroom which barely could close its door, it had no AC and we couldn’t even open the window for air due to smell. The apartment has a filthy common shaft which apparently neighbors throw cigarette buds in. The entrance to apartment isn’t luxurious at all, plenty of rubbish just across its door. We also found ants on us in the morning when we woke up on our bed and in the entrance area where we left our outdoor shoes. The carpet in the living rooms is very slippery. Not the luxurious experience the listing promotes but if you prioritise location, budget and friends staying together then it’s a pleasant stay but no more.
