Central Family Residence at Stadthalle

Für uns war die Nähe zur Stadthalle ideal, Bus in die Innenstadt vor der Tür. Schlüsselübergabe total easy. Badezimmer groß und bequem. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Großer Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen im Wohnraum plus großer Couchbereich.

Qualität der Decken, Matratzen und Kopfpölster könnte besser sein, das ist die billigste Variante von Ikea. Bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre eine Waschmaschine ideal. Mitunter kann es lärmig sein (von draußen und von Nachbarn), war aber nicht sonderlich störend, ein Schlafzimmer geht in einen Innenhof und nicht zur Straße. Fliesen im Vorzimmer sehr schmutzempfindlich.

It's an excellent apartment, very spacious, high ceiling were great, very clean, thoughtfully stocked, good bed, mattress. Owner was very prompt in his communication, bus stop right in front of the building, tram/train stations at 5-10 mins walk. Lugner City Mall is right at the block corner. Depending upon the price you get, it was excellent value.

Well the owner has the apartment in great condition, however the building itself isn't so pretty. The area though safe and very well connected, doesn't paints a pretty picture but I totally get it that there isn't much anyone can do about it. So it all depends upon the price you get it at.

We primarily chose the Central Family Residence at Stadthalle apartment because of its close location to the Wiener Stadthalle, where we had tickets for the Conan Gray concert and we didn't want to travel around the city the night after the concert. As for the apartment, it is simply amazing - clean, generous in space and with high ceilings and wooden floors. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. The apartment is on the first floor, so no problem with luggage. Contactless check-in/check-out was also an advantage. To our surprise, we also found out that there is a bus stop 48A right opposite the house, which we used to comfortably take to the metro station or to the very center of Vienna. But if you don't want to travel anywhere, no problem - a large shopping center, shops, restaurants and bakeries are located a few steps from the apartment. Thanks to this convenient location, we saved a lot of time and enjoyed Vienna a little more. We stayed here for 3 nights, but as a family we agreed that we would like to come back as soon as possible. And guess where we will be staying?! :-) Thank you again for making our first contact with Vienna smooth, also thanks to Central Family Residence at Stadthalle. "Auf Wiedersehen, Wien!"

The apartment is welcoming with high ceilings, beautiful floors, new efficient windows, a modern kitchen and bathroom and room for 6! The entry way is very large and has storage for coats, shoes, backpacks and more.
