Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist adäquat, die Zimmeraufteilung gut und frische Bettwäsche sowie ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Super nahe zur Stadthalle, gute Öffi Anbindung
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierungsbedürftigen Haus , ist sehr abgewohnt und schlecht gereinigt: Wände schmutzig, Badezimmerheizkörper verrostet, Badezimmertür löst sich vom Boden her auf, riesiger Wasserfleck an der Küchendecke, Ventilatorenabdeckungen im Bad und in den Zimmern verdreck und verstaubt ( wenn man den Badezimmer Ventilator einschaltet, riecht es binnen kürzester Zeit nach Zigarettenrauch), Sesselleisten fehlen in allen Räumen irgendwo, Heizkörper in allen Räumen verstaubt, verklebter Fußboden im Wohnzimmer, durchgelegene Matratzen. Die Eingangstür zum Haus wurde immer wieder offen gehalten, indem der Zylinder mehrmals blockiert und somit ein Schließen verhindert wurde.
