The apartment was very good and comfortable. The staff was excellent and replied very quickly to all messages.
However, finding the keys was difficult. The lockbox labeled for my room was incorrect, and I had to search through other boxes to find my keys. The instructions were only in English. Can be difficult for those who don't speak it. The key collection process needs to be a bit simplified.

Effizient eingerichtet.
