Simple access (including the city train very close by), parking right next to the property, a quiet neighborhood overall. The apartment has efficient furnishings and amenities. Great communication with the host. We spent two nights as a family visiting Vienna.

Das Appartment an sich ist für einen kurzen (Übernachtungs-)Aufenthalt sehr gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da er im Haus wohnt, ist er fast immer erreichbar. Der Preis ist mehr als OK. Die Fotos aus der Wohnung in der Anzeige sind zutreffend.

Das Appartment ist in einem um- und ausgebauten Keller einer privaten Wohnvilla ohne richtige Fenster, daher ohne wirksames Tageslicht. Da die Eigentümer oberhalb im wunderschönen Haus leben, ist eine Nutzung des Gartens oder des Pools vermutlich nicht möglich oder gewünscht. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht gefragt, da kein Bedarf während unseres Aufenthaltes.
