Apartamentul este superb, camerele imense, curatenie si aparate electrocasnice variate, amplasare aproape de centru chiar si mergand pe jos, calitate pret excelent
Lipsa unui ventilator ( a fost extrem de cald), dificultatea de a inchide sau deschide usa la intrare precum si clanta usii de la baie ar trebui reparata, camerele spre bulevard nu opresc zgomotul ( nu este vina proprietarului), in fiecare dimineata la 7:30 masinile municipale ( udat si salubrizare) fac un zgomot puternic

Apartmán je v super lokalite, všade sme mali blízko. Majiteľ veľmi zhovievavý, vyhovel našej požiadavke, čo si veľmi vážime. Všetko v apartmáne je nové, funkčné. Možno by som len do budúcna zabezpečila viac kuchynských zariadení ako sú dezertné tanieriky alebo hrnce. A aby TV bola v sk jazyku alebo anglickom. Inak všetko bolo dokonalé a cítili sme sa tam ako doma. Ďakujeme
tv nefungovala a nedal sa nastaviť iný jazyk ako bulharský

Tři prostorné nově zařízené pokoje. Kuchyňka, pračka sušička. Čisto a voňavo. Tichá čtvrť. Bezproblémové jednání a předání klíčů. Naproti domu pěkná kavárna na super snídani.
Vše v naprostém pořádku!
