Vacation Apartment up to 10

The apartment is very clean and big, very comfy beds and rooms.

The host is awesome! He offered us (a company of 10) a bonus 2br apartment, so we stayed even with more comfort than expected. Also, he made sure we have everything we need. Communication is excellent too. If you have any questions - just ask!

Very good location, clean and comfortable apartment. We were in a group of 9 and there was enough space for all of us.

Although I am very generous with my reviews, in this case I have to be a bit strict. Unfortunately there were 3 points that we did not like during our stay. First of all they tried to charge us 53 euros more than the price we had to pay, something that was sorted out during a recalculation (they eventually agreed that we were correct). Second, the towels were smelling bad, even though the owner gave us a few more extra. Third and most important, the owners said that we lost keys that we did not get. When we arrived we have been given 3 keys for the apartment and only 1 key for the downstairs door (They said that each apartment has only 1 key for downstairs for security), which sums to 4 keys in total. During our stay, we lost 1 key for the apartment (never happened to me again, but we were a group of 9 people and someone lost it). The owner said that he will charge us €40 for the lost key (from the €100 deposit we gave on arrival) which was absolutely fine, since we lost the key. But during check-out the owner said that we lost 3 keys (1 for apartment and 2 for downstairs), so they charged us 55 euros in total. This is not true because we have been given 4 keys in total, but the owner said we got 6 keys (3 for apartment and 3 for downstairs). The problem is not the money (we lost 1 key, we had to pay any amount), but the fact that even if we hadn't loose any key, we would still have to pay for keys that we did not get. So, I advice you to take a picture of the keys on arrival, as well as be careful with the amount you are asked to pay at the property.
