LEO Apartment FREE PARKING - Augusta

Perfect location, lots of natural light and space in the whole house, short walking distance from all relevant spots in the city so no need to use any transports or drive. Free private garage parking is a huge plus although if you have a big/large car it can be tricky to drive the spiral to the -2 floor and then back up. Otherwise, amazing value for money.

The living room faces a very busy street and can get very noisy during morning rush hour. If someone's sleeping in the living room they will probably wake up early with the traffic noises. Also the curtains don't really black out so as soon as the sun rises, light starts to get in and eventually will wake you up, both in the bedroom and living room.

Professionally managed with clear check-in instructions and quick support by host. Fully equipped apartment with kitchen stuff that was a nice option to make a breakfast. Clean and comfort. Walkable distance to the heart of centrum. Secured parking. We spent nice time with family.

Everything was perfect, except perhaps only advice to invest into change window-blinds or remove them at all.

The flat is in a new modern building

No place to park around the entrance of the building, I had to park 5 minutes away to get to the safe locks to pick up the keys for the apartment then I had to go up to the apartment in the 4th floor to pick up the garage remote for the parking, after that I had to drive my car 10 more minutes to get back to the building. In addition, the apartment equipped with very cheap and poor quality furniture, but good looking. No coffee at all. No coffee machine as shown in the pictures, Host says it’s in the service because the previous guest broke it which doesn’t make sense, Host must have had a spare coffee machine or provides a replacement like coffee powder bags since there is already a kettle, tea bags were there but I don’t like tea
