Sehr gute Lage, groß und komfortabel. Schneller, unkomplizierter Check-In. Keyless Wohnung.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Sehr laut, weil direkt an einer Durchzugstraße gelegen inkl. Straßenbahnlinie vor der Tür. An heißen Tagen (aufgrund fehlender Klimaanlage) nicht zu empfehlen.

Big enough for family of 5 - all adults. Very close to the train station - approx. 2 mins. Very close to couple of groceries and more around the block. Bunch of restaurants. I like the idea that shower and toilet are in separate rooms. Communication is very good.
Not really against the property but just know that the place has no AC. We stayed during the summer and it was very hot even with the windows opened. The place has fan though.

En çok sevdiğim konumu oldu. Tramvaya ulaşmak ve U3 metroya ulaşmak çok ama çok kolaydı. İlan resimleri ile aynı özelliklere rastladık. Bunun dışında ev sahibi ile iletişime geçmek çok kolaydı ve sorularımıza anında cevap verildi. Ev yakınında yeterince lokanta ve market bulunuyor. Wifi kesintisiz çalıştı. Sıcak su kesintisiz 24 saat vardı. Çamaşır makinesinin olması çok işe yaradı.
3. Katta olması biraz yorucu oldu. Asansör küçük ve zaman zaman arızalı olabiliyor. Yaşlıların burada konaklaması biraz zor olabilir. 4 hafta gibi uzun bir süre kaldık ve bu süre içinde yastık ve çarşafların temiziyle değiştirilmesi yapılsaydı çok iyi olurdu. Tuvaletteki klozet alışageldiğimizden farklı yapıdaydı, farklı bir modelle değiştirilmesi iyi olabilir.

Check in was efficient into a clean apartment and it was located very near to the ubahn station and 49 tram stop.the bedrooms were clean but walls were very cold and bare. Apartment lacked homeliness so we left after just two nights
The bathroom basin plug system was broken, the bedside lights were not attached to wall. There was an uncovered glass window next to bathroom which needed a curtain. We only stayed two nights out of five
