SYMPHONY Apartments 38 - Modern Loft with Terrace and Grill in Central Location

The apartment was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The two bedrooms are a bit small, but the beds are very comfortable. The host was very responsive and quickly helped whenever we had any issues. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the instructions made it simple to find the apartment. We used the BOE Parkgarage Ludo Hartmann Platz parking garage and were very satisfied with it. You can access your car as many times as you like by entering your vehicle’s license plate number on the keypad at the entrance.

The only downside was that there was no handle on the inside of the toilet door. However, you could still open and close it using the lock. Also, the handles on the bathroom door were quite loose and came off very easily.

My stay at the apartment was very comfortable. It was clean and well-organized upon arrival, and the location was excellent, close to essential services. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout my stay. The amenities matched the listing, and all the essentials were provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Insgesamt hat uns das Apartment gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns aufgrund der Nähe zur Stadthalle optimal. Supermärkte sind gleich gegenüber zu finden und man ist mit Bus & Bahn schnell im Stadtzentrum. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und die Räume sind trotz der geringen Größe bestmöglich genutzt. Wir durften auch auf Nachfrage kostenfrei die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzen.

Leider hat auch bei uns das W-Lan über den gesamten Zeitraum nicht funktioniert, wodurch auch der Fernseher nutzlos war. Leider wurde hier seitens des Vermieters trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht weiterwegholfen. Leider fehlt in der Unterkunft ein Staubsauger oder gar ein Besen. Bereits beim Check-In war der Boden sehr staubig und auch zwischendurch hätten wir diesen gerne einmal schnell gesäubert. Das Sonnenrollo im oberen Schlafzimmer war leider defekt und an nahezu allen Wänden sind deutliche Farb-Abplatzer zu finden. Ein frischer Anstrich wäre schön.
